Orforglipron maintained weight loss from injectable semaglutide switch with average difference of just 0.9 kilograms. Those switching from tirzepatide maintained much of their weight with 5 kilogram difference. All primary and secondary endpoints met.

Retatrutide demonstrated 29% body weight loss at 68 weeks in obesity with knee osteoarthritis. Pain reduced by 76% with more than one in eight patients completely free from knee pain. Submissions planned in 2026 for obesity, OSA, and knee OA.

Achieved positive outcomes for nearly all R&D key events in 2025. 25+ positive Phase III trials including pirtobrutinib CLL-313 and CLL-314. Together PSA showed weight-independent benefits of tirzepatide on psoriatic arthritis. 14 new Phase III starts and 36 active Phase III programs.
